These handmade, small batch 8.5 oz Raspberry Shrubs are made from infusing ORGANIC Apple Cider Vinegar with ORGANIC Raspberries and Herbs. No Sugar, No Honey, No Salt, No Water & No Colorants are added, allowing you to adjust the natural sweetness to your palate. They are bottled in the highly regarded Italian made Bormioli Rocco Flip-Top Bottles allowing for an elegant presentation and ease of use. Once empty, your bottles can be reused.

A LITTLE HISTORY: In Colonial America, apple cider vinegar was used to preserve fruits and vegetables long after their season had ended. This method worked especially well until refrigeration was more prevalent in the States after about 1915. Now, we use SHRUBS to enhance the flavor of plain to sparkling waters, add pizazz to cocktails, make homemade salad dressings and as marinades on meat and vegetables.
