We NEVER add sugar, honey, salt, water or dyes; allowing you to adjust the natural sweetness to your palate. We prepare our drinking vinegar SHRUBS over a long period to extract the maximum flavor and nutrients. To maintain their beautiful jewel tone colors, they are bottled in the highly regarded Italian made Bormioli Rocco Flip-top Bottles. These GLASS flip-top bottles allow for an elegant presentation and ease of use. Recycle your bottles - once empty, your glass flip-top bottles can be recycled, upcycled, reused, re-loved and repurposed.
All Urban Farmhouse Shrubs use only Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, which is organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, as the base ingredient. Then, based on personal taste desired, ingredients such as basil, cilantro, horseradish, ginger, rosemary, garlic & onion, jalapeno, serrano & cayenne are added.

A LITTLE HISTORY: In Colonial America, apple cider vinegar was used to preserve fruits and vegetables long after their season had ended. It worked especially well until refrigeration was more common in the States after about 1915. Now, we use SHRUBS by adding flavor to plain and sparkling waters, add pizazz to cocktails, make homemade salad dressings and as marinades on meat and vegetables.
