Pineapple 🍍 Shrub Broccoli 🥦 Bites 

Serves: makes approximately 10 mini bites

1/4 C. mayo or plain yogurt

1/4 C. Pineapple 🍍 Shrub by The Urban Farmhouse Co.

2 TBS HOT 🔥 HONEY 🍯  by The Urban Farmhouse Co.

5 C. broccoli 🥦 florets (steamed about 3-4 minutes & cooled)

1/4 C. shallot, finely cut

1/4 C. red onion, finely cut

2 TBS pineapple jam

1/4 C. sunflower seeds, toasted

6 slices bacon 🥓

Directions: 1. Mix mayo or yogurt, Hot Honey and Pineapple Shrub in a large bowl.  Stir in broccoli 🥦, onions and pineapple jam.  Mix until well coated.  Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.  Flavors will meld together. 

2. Portion broccoli mixture into 10 mini tasting plates or cups.  Add a mini fork to each serving.  Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bacon prior to serving.  ENJOY!!!

Note: Additional warmed Hot Honey can be drizzled on the mini plates prior to serving.  YUMMY!
